Mixing heads for high-pressure moulding of PUR systems from company KraussMaffei are among top products on the market. KraussMaffei offers ca. 100 types of mixing heads for various applications (LFI, filled materials, CCM, RTM and others). Heads are intended for moulding of opened and closed moulds, ev. for surface spraying. Some heads are for multicomponent moulding (up to 6 components). Mixing heads are self-cleaning, change of the colour or material is very easy. Metering from 3 g/s up to 10 000 g/s.
