Two-shaft Shredders Neue Herbold ZRM

Two shaft shredders Neue Herbold are equipped with two slow-speed shafts with toothed knives. Shafts are moving against each other and draw the material between them. Material is shredded into fractions which fall through the screen under the rotor. Shredders are suitable for pre-cutting of bales and bulky parts which can not be processed on knife granulators. Two shaft shredders are mainly used by processing of bulky hollow canisters, packs of foils or fibres.
